What is The Catalyst?

The Catalyst is exactly what it sounds like--a thing that makes things happen. The essay-style blog is meant to supercharge college students' pursuit of their goals by helping them better understand what they are capable of and what's possible. It points out supposed "barriers" faced by college students, and invalidates them.

Nathan Bucci is a founder of the company Catalyst XL. Nathan spent his time at the University of Florida investigating problems and gaps in higher education, and is actively exploring solutions to fill those gaps. Through this blog, he aims to take his readers on this investigative journey with him, and ultimately answer some of the most important questions faced by ambitious college students today.
